Does the seller have the right to reject  reviews considered non favourable?

Why can one review some items but others get an error message "oops there is a problem' try again later? Exactly the same error message later.

Sellers can't reject reviews, but they can ask Ebay to remove them if they breach feedback rules or the law in some way.  You can't just say whatever you like in public feedback (it can get you - and Ebay - sued for libel), so if you can remember exactly what you wrote, word for word, someone will be able to tell you where you went wrong.  In the meantime, you can read the feedback rules for yourself, in the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).

Site glitches happen, but if you're getting a lot of error messages, what browser are you using...?  If IE, it's no longer compatible with any website.  I use Firefox with no problems. Others are happy with Chrome and Edge.

And if your OS is old, it may need replacing, so check that out too.

If neither of the above applies, try the usual: Log out, clear your History etc, reboot your device, and log back in.

I assume you mean feedback,

the system is often glitchy, you have 60 days to leave it.

If you mention, ebay, case or refund, then ebay may remove it.
