Purchased a pet flap it was damaged on arrival and i requested a return, sent photo's of damage and returned it with a post paid label. Promptly received a full refund so i purchased another when it arrived i was shocked to find it was the exact same one i had returned in the first place not one with similar damage but the one and i had the photo's to prove it. Very bad business practice or what ? Ant one else come across similar bad practice ?
Another return and seller might realise that it is an expensive business, paying paypal fees and return tracked postage.
