Hi I open case for seller, and not understand why it is closed, what heppen, sweets I buy for my kids is not fresh, especially mini donats, and ebay close request.

I very ask you, please help me with seller.

Were they out of date?. I would never risk buying items to eat on ebay.

You never know what you are going to get

What case did you open

If you opened a returns request then the seller can refuse if they have NO returns on their listings

Your item was not as described and that is the case you should have opened.

Once the case is closed then there is nothing you can do on ebay

If you paid by paypal then you can try opening a not as described dispute there

Sign up for their return postage if you can 

Escalate the dispute as soon as you can but within 20 days.
