You post isn't at all clear, but if you paid an Ebay seller with a Postal Order, any problems which arise are between you and the seller to sort out. Ebay can't help you. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee can only cover payments made through PayPal. The MBG is on every listing, and in various other places across the site, so do read the information for yourself.
