So yesterday after 3weeks of trouble I managed to readd the bank back to my PayPal, I go to pay and it doesn't show the bank to pay with as the method only a card and I ask PayPal they are just telling me to contact the merchant what good is that it's security or something stopping g which needs dealing with PayPal surely.
