PayPal Glitch?

Hi

 

This morning I've tried to pay for an item but when I click the Confirm and Pay button I get the message   'We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address'

 

It was ok yesterday, there are funds in the account and I've cleared cache and cookies but nothing has changed

 

Is anyone else having this problem and it's a glitch or is it just me?

this is a problem that arises now and again.

 

The way I get round it is to try to pay in three different ways -

 

Pay button in purchase history / pay button on invoice / pay through basket - one usually works.
