I returned an item and Ebay say the seller received it but 10 days later I have no refund or even any contact. I cannot find a way to get Ebay to Step In
The option to escalate a return case appears 8/9 days after you started it. Then click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
