No longer receiving emails about watched items ending soon.

I used to receive emails alerting me when a watched item was about to end. These emails seem to have stopped and I have no idea why as I haven't changed anything on my account. Consequently, I've missed out on bidding on a few items.

Can anyone give me a clue as to why these emails have stopped and how to reinstate them please?

I've got the same problem. I spoke to a lady at eBay who said she would ask for it to be investigated but sounded doubtful as to whether anything would be done. She reckoned it could an issue with my email, but there's nothing going in spam and all my other eBay alerts are coming through ok..

Hi, I have had a the same problem, ebay said it was my email (usual gmai type) but that wasn't the case as I got them fine on another account, which also used gmail. ebay need to take this problem seriously.
