Hi, made purchase yesterday evening. PayPal payment not gone through, and I have tried to contact the seller to ask when the items will be posted as they are for my sons birthday end of June. No reply, so I looked at reviews and recent reviews aren't good - no reply from seller etc.

Unable to cancel order so I need to contact the seller, who doesn't reply - so what do I do?

Normally, from experience you buy of ebay, the seller takes payment and posts next day. And they reply to a query? So this is wht I am concerned. Just good service innit?
