Item not received, seller no longer registered

My daughter bought an item on 2nd May and it has not been delivered.  Seller is not contactable and is no longer registered.  Bought via regular credit card and not PayPal.  Cannot log a complaint with ebay because she ordered it without setting up an account.  Order number is 25-04957-23482 if anyone from ebay can follow up on it.  Otherwise will have to contact the credit card company.

Hi.
As long as you used ebays checkout your card payment will have been processed through paypal.

You should have confirmation emails. Check spam filters if needed.

You will need to go to paypals site and see their contact us details, contact them to open a not received case for you using the details from the emails.

If they dont do an immediate refund, keep an eye on the time lines and escalate the case to a full claim within the limits given.
