Item not received and no contact from seller

Hi, I purchase a collection only item on 16 Feb and paid with paypal.  Contacted seller to arrange collection.  Have emailed every day since and no response received.  Ebay says give it til 23 Feb.  What action can I take as I do want the item still but am concerned about being ripped off!

You do as ebay say and wait until the 23 Feb and then open a not received dispute

Escalate it after a full 3 days to get your money back

Once sorted out then leave appropriate feedback

It is very bad ebaying

Many thanks for your advice. Disappointing as the item was much desired but hey ho guess better not to be out of pocket!b
