I would like to know why ebay is seperated into different websites?

I would like to know why ebay is seperated into different websites? I was going to get a refund but does not work from the app, not ebay.co.uk(i sometimes use), not ebay.com but ebay.ie? Why does it have to be like this?

Because countries all have different consumer laws and regulations.

No idea why you're trying to use the UK and Irish sites.You are in Sweden, so must open a return request or case on the site you registered on, which will be the Swedish site if there is one, or ebay.com if not.  So log out, and back into your home site. If you continue to have problems, use the Help pages and forums over there.

Best ask eBay themselves, but, different countries different laws, regulations etc.
