I bought 2 security cameras from an ebay busines seller over 12 months ago. Both these cams have now let in water and the manuf will not honour garantees since seller is not an authroised dealer. Cams were bough new in box. I had no reason to suspect they were not legit. Seller is not answering my messeges so I suspect counterfit goods. I cant find any way to complain to ebay about a transaction that is over 90 days old.

Sorry, but after all this time ebay won't help.
All can do is report seller to Trading standards & let them deal with it.
