I recently purchased an iPhone 7 Plus from an eBay seller with very high and good ratings. I went for the phone that was in excellent condition but no Touch ID for £204.00.
When the phone arrived the home button had a crack going down the centre of it and I believe that this was the parts that had inflicted the touch ID not working.
When I turn the phone on the home button didn’t even work and I couldn’t get the set up through so I had to contact the buyer to ask him why I was sold a phone that was already showing faulty aspects. The phone then proceeded to have a number of other issues from turning very hot to having very little battery after being charged for a whole day and a number of other issuesThe.
I have then returned the phone launched a return of the item on eBay and I have received an email from the seller saying that they are requiring a £45 charge for the touch ID button being broken. They also won’t provide me with a refund until they have sorted this.
This was the first problem I faced when I received the item. And they are now accusing me of being the one to make this issueAAnd they are now.
Please help!!!
