As coins cannot be sold in the New Managed Payments it is unlikely that your seller will be a Business Seller,so unlikely to agree to cancel. Unpaid case is far better for the seller.

I cancelled straight away and there is no way I would pay that amount for a coin so whoever it is has to cancel my order as I did not order it.
