It saying if you want ebay to step in go to my Ebay and choose ask Ebay to step in but it not giving me this option . How can I do this pls

You can ask Ebay to step in after the case you opened has been open for 8 full days (8 x 24 hours). You don't go to My Ebay to do this - you do it via the link within the case when it appears on day 9. (There should be a date stated in the case telling you when this option will be available.)
