Hi, I made 3 offers to a seller they declined so i wrote and they accepted my 4 offer, how do i pay?  Because i have used up my 3 offers the seller as make a bid on their page,.

please help?

Seller relists and you can buy or make another offer. Far better than being caught out by ebay and both of you being suspended.
