I have spent thousands on here BUT I don't receive any discounts or coupons. Anyone else the same?

I have the correct settings and even googled it to see I had done it correctly. Only ever received a £10 gratitous discount, and I received a discount code when I first registered. I've spent thousands in total, especially over the lockdown landscaping my garden and not received any vouchers. What do you have to do to get a discount. Anyone else experiencing the same? And how do I notify them when their help-centre are a list of questions that are already answered. I can't see where you contact someone to actually ask them a question of your own !

Thank you for your responses. Makes sense as I am already buying, so they don't need to bait my money. Quite poor there isn't even an email address/live-chat to raise any other questions apart from what they have listed. Oh well..

you don't have to use the prefilled questions you can type your opwn question in the question bar

The only discount offers I ever receive are restricted to specific sellers, who are listed, not in Alphabetical Order and I am not that desperate to save a few £s that I am going to spend hours looking to see if any of them are selling just what I want.

If I want something I search for it and if the price is right I buy, but would more likely go to a well known name than buy off ebay.
