I bought a buy it now and the seller said she didn’t have it. I paid for it but she will only refund

Anything l can do about a seller only refunding by an e cheque. She sold an item she didn't have, do l have to wait 10 days for my money now.

As said just leave negative feedback saying "Unsatisfactory Transaction" then there will be no grounds for removal by ebay.

Only Consolation is that silly seller still pays Paypal Fee, so it costs them a few £s for wasting your time.

I had the same situation a month ago..expected an immediate refund and got an e cheque..just leave negative feedback
