How long to wait for Click and Collect

"Order is being prepared. Expected to be ready for collection after Fri, 19 Jun 2020. Please wait for a notification from eBay before going to the store."

Yet, my item was delivered to the store on Tuesday, 16th and it's 22nd today. How long should I wait for a code notification? What can I do about it?

You have only 7 days in which to collect once you've been notified that the store has the item. After that, the store can dispose of the item as they see fit, and you will not be able to get your money back. So contact Ebay now to get the code. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page.

Check too that you have the correct email address registered on your Ebay account - I can't think why else you would not have received the code.
