How do i edit a feedback I have left? They are not giving me the option to make an edit.

Hello,

I've left a feedback that I want to change.  There doesn't seem to be a way to edit it.  Can anyone help? How come I can't find email support on this platform.  It's so hard to just find answers to basic questions.

it really isn't hard to find answers to questions such as yours

click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page

type 'change feedback' in the search

choose the first result and read all about it:-

you can't edit feedback,

you are told feedback can't be changed when you leave it

if you want to change the negative feedback to positive you need to contact the seller and ask them to send you a feedback revision request

You can't find email support on this platform because there is none. It's Live Chat or phone support. But you don't need to contact Ebay anyway. Absolutely everything you need to know about using the platform is right here on the site, and very easily found. The Help pages are at top and foot of any page, and have an integral search function.

When you leave feedback, you're clearly advised that you can't edit it before you hit the submit button. The only way it can be done, and only if the feedback you left was a neutral or negative, is for the seller to send you a 'feedback revision request' form. But after 60 days, the timeframe you have in which to leave feedback, that is not possible.
