How do I contact a seller from May to collect item

I purchased an item in May the seller very kindly said he would hold onto it until we could travel to pick it up. I can't find the sellers details or get into purchase history. Can someone help please?

How many days since you paid?

Paypal gives you 180 days to file a not received case so if you are within that time frame try opening a case with Paypal.

There is no buyer protection on collection items with PayPal.

PayPal has never covered collection items, though there are exceptions (items which can't be tested before paying, such as unplumbed washing-machines). Contact them and ask for yourself.
