The seller will not give me a refund and ignoring messages and emails even though I have shown them proof in their own legal terms and conditions of sale that if a product develops a fault that I'm entitled to a refund or replacement. Also the Anker battery has an 18 month warranty and they won't give me the refund because I bought the battery from a reseller. Ebay have done nothing because the 30 day money back guarantee deadline has passed. PayPal have said that it has gone passed the 180 day deadline so no case can be opened. So if the seller won't give me the refund what are my other options? Thanks.
You unfortunately don't have any other options as you are out of time..
