You don't need to, if you are wanting to reurn for Not As Described then that is what you do open a Not As Described Case and seller hasto probvide a reply Paid Label. Asking for pictures is just a way of getting you out of time so that they do not have to pay for return postage. Look in MORE ACTIONS for Return and choose the correct reason. If this is not what has happened, and seller really needs a picture for a Claim for example you can attach a picture to a Message, but if you are wanting a refund do not delay open a case NOW.

Attaching photos is a very good and perfectly normal thing to do, as the seller can then determine whether it's worth him paying to have the item returned. If an item arrives damaged, the seller may prefer to refund without the need for return.

However, you should be communicating with the seller through an opened case or return request. That is the only way to get a tracked returns label, and the only way the seller can refund in order to get the Ebay selling fee credited back to his Ebay account.

Everything you need to know about using Ebay, including how to attach photos, is in the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).
