How do you get business seller details to pursue a complaint of defective product when seller has not posted details on ebay?
Just to add that if they haven't posted their full address etc on Ebay, because they haven't registered as a business and are therefore trading illegally on a private account, report them to Trading Standards as well as to Ebay.
