How do you get business seller details to pursue a complaint of defective product when seller has not posted details on ebay?
All business sellers must have contact details on listings.
If they don't, there is a report link on all listings.
List practices - other listing practice - business seller fails to display correct details.
Just to add that if they haven't posted their full address etc on Ebay, because they haven't registered as a business and are therefore trading illegally on a private account, report them to Trading Standards as well as to Ebay.
