Does anyone know how to contact Ebay?
I have a problem with an item where the return status is incorrect. Because of this, I get a circular message from ebay saying that the return is in progress and it stops me from escalating the mater. The return is not in progress as the item is still in my house. Is there a way to speak to someone about this?
I need to speak to a human.
Edit......
For anyone else who has been trying to call eBay with no sucess, what you need to do is to request that they call you back. It takes a while but they will call you.
Unfortunately, it does not appear that they are geared up to deal with all queries via the automated route. Sometimes a human touch is required.
Your post makes no sense. A return request status cannot be 'incorrect'. When your return request was accepted by the seller, you will have received a prepaid and tracked returns label from Ebay which you need to print off and use as instructed, ie. attach the label to the package, and take the package to the Post Office to get the tracking number on the label scanned into the system. If you still have the item, you clearly haven't done that, and the system is waiting for you to act. So just follow the instructions and post the item back.
