Delivered Item No Fm Code

I brought an item off ebay and the seller has sent the item to the collection point already, the estimated delivery is the 18th of May however it was delivered on 12th of May. But Ebay isn't sending me a FM code. I even spoke to ebay chat service and waited 48 hours.

I asked for it multiple times and they keep saying wait 48 hours again and again, do you know a number to contact them?

No, sorry I don't have a direct number to call.
You have to use the Help and Contact link at the top of the page.
As I said I believe call back and live chat are both available.

If you do not have the collection code you need to contact eBay CS again and ask them for it.

Ask to speak to the Click and Collect team if you can.

In the present Coronavirus situation I believe Call back and Live chat options are both available

At weekends lines open at 9 a.m. weekdays at 8 a.m.

You need to treat this as urgent.

You must collect the item within 7 days of it arriving at the collection point.

If you do not collect in time, you may lose the item and your money.
