Hi I purchased these pack of 3 face masks back in march , a good few weeks after they arrived I went to open them and straight away the valve respirator part on two of them fell out before I even attempted to wear them , as I'd paid £24.95 for a product I'd normally be able to buy for £1.95 I was extremely disappointed , so I contacted the seller on a dispute and to start with the seller responded Offering me a partial refund , as the first two marks were completely faulty and the third mask I Used when my doctor had to been to do a home visit and in line with safety ppe guidelines I disposed of them. Because the seller had offered at lease a partial refund i was ok with that. But then they changed there mind and a return was started , however you've given me till today to return but I'm shielding and cant go to shops/ post office till the 1st August so I've no chance off returning while shielding!!

There are fixed timings for everything on ebay and in order to get a refund it is necessary to return the items. ONLY if ebay agrees that this is not possible, (Broken Glass for example which is not allowed in the mail) would you be able to get a refund without return.
