Hi I purchased these pack of 3 face masks back in march , a good few weeks after they arrived I went to open them and straight away the valve respirator part on two of them fell out before I even attempted to wear them , as I'd paid £24.95 for a product I'd normally be able to buy for £1.95 I was extremely disappointed , so I contacted the seller on a dispute and to start with the seller responded Offering me a partial refund , as the first two marks were completely faulty and the third mask I Used when my doctor had to been to do a home visit and in line with safety ppe guidelines I disposed of them. Because the seller had offered at lease a partial refund i was ok with that. But then they changed there mind and a return was started , however you've given me till today to return but I'm shielding and cant go to shops/ post office till the 1st August so I've no chance off returning while shielding!!

There is nothing you can do now.

You should always check items on arrival, as eBay's money back guarantee only applies for 30 days. You're now well out of time to claim.

PayPal might have been able to help you under it's 180 day buyer protection policy, but as you have now disposed of these items you won't be able to return them, which is essential to receive a refund.

Thanks I do normally and didn’t take these out of the package because of sanitary reasons , it was only when took out to wear the first two fell apart luckily i had the third for what i needed that day, but a lot to pay for 10 mins wear ,

I shouldn’t have trusted the seller when they promised me the partial refund for the two damaged ones which i sent photos off.
