Over the last 4 months I have bought 6 gps speedometers from 6 different sellers some fom China, some U.K. When they arrive it is a childs necklace worth about 5p. This is blatant fraud . They are the same seller as the cheap jewelry is exactly the same. They must rely on people not wanting to go through the hassle of making a return. Ebay do nothing about it no matter how much you complain. It would appear Ebay is complict in this scam.
Then - as I say - use Paypal. EBay simply never has the resources and never will. And of course open a "not as described case" and not "non-delivery".
If that is truly the case then it is indeed a blatant scam. If you open a case with Paypal you can return the item and using this link

they will pay the postage and the seller will be fined by PP
