Can anyone help me with the location of the "amend feedback" option?

I have seen the amend/change feedback option but cannot now find it.

I posted negative feedback that I have now agreed to amend with the seller.

I know he can send me a "revise feedback request" but he hasn't yet done so.

I did not see that negative at all when I scrolled down the page strange.

Just a word of warning here, many Far Eastern sellers, promise all sorts for a change of that negative feedback , you change it , and that promise is not fuliflled. Only if the matter has been fully resolved and you are happy then ask the seller to send you a feedback revision to complete.

If they cannot, they have run out!

I did not originally put the extra lines in my first post, I added those a bit later after your initial reply.
Thanks for your advice. I certainly will not amend my feedback until they have fulfilled their undertaking.
I appreciate your experience help in this matter.
