Can anyone help me with the location of the "amend feedback" option?

I have seen the amend/change feedback option but cannot now find it.

I posted negative feedback that I have now agreed to amend with the seller.

I know he can send me a "revise feedback request" but he hasn't yet done so.

If it is the Negative you left beginning with "Suction" seller has to send you the request, however do not amend on a Promise. Only if you are now fully satisfied.

That seller already has 20 revised feedback, so he knows the procedure but may have used up the number of revisions allowed.

There's no such option and never has been. When you leave feedback, it's clearly stated that you will not be able to change it. You can only change feedback left if the seller sends you a feedback revision request form.

This seller has probably already used up his allowed bribes feedback revision requests, so your feedback will remain (unless it breaches feedback rules in some way, and the seller reports it to Ebay for removal).

I know you cannot change feedback under normal circumstances.
However, while I was trying to get a question to e-Bay as to why they had closed a request/case without discussion with me and whilst I still had not received the item from the supplier, I definitely saw an amend/change option on a link somewhere in resolution centre, yesterday.
Anyway I will now wait for the seller's feedback revision request at which point I will amend as discussed with the seller.
I take your point regarding inducements and appreciate your help.

I did not see that negative at all when I scrolled down the page strange.

Just a word of warning here, many Far Eastern sellers, promise all sorts for a change of that negative feedback , you change it , and that promise is not fuliflled. Only if the matter has been fully resolved and you are happy then ask the seller to send you a feedback revision to complete.

If they cannot, they have run out!

I did not originally put the extra lines in my first post, I added those a bit later after your initial reply.
Thanks for your advice. I certainly will not amend my feedback until they have fulfilled their undertaking.
