Bought a Set of Derwent drawing pencils

The pencils were faulty so I tried to return them. The eBay return label would not print, the sellers told me to return the items by post, which I did. The Post Office game the wrong proof of postage, which I sent to the sellers as evidence but they would not  make the refund.

I shall never buy anything from this company, of course and I doubt I shall bother much with eBay.

Plenty of alternatives.

It doesn't matter who you buy from if you don't follow the instructions they give then you will always end up with problems which are completely unnecessary. Did you open a RETURN or a Not As Described case, only for Not as Described does the seller have to pay for the return label. Open the wrong case and you have to pay.

I Followed ALL instructions - Opened a RETURN - The eBay return label would not print. I sent evidence of postage to the sellers.
