Bought a Set of Derwent drawing pencils

The pencils were faulty so I tried to return them. The eBay return label would not print, the sellers told me to return the items by post, which I did. The Post Office game the wrong proof of postage, which I sent to the sellers as evidence but they would not  make the refund.

I shall never buy anything from this company, of course and I doubt I shall bother much with eBay.

Plenty of alternatives.

If you return an item outside of eBay's returns system, you will need a tracking number that shows delivery back to the seller in order to get a refund.
