I've tried to bid on several of a Seller's many items, but receive instead the following message - "Sorry, the Seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time" I tried to contact the Seller via a listing and got this message - "Seller unable to respnd".
Can anyone offer an explanation?

Sellers are able to block specific previous buyers and also put a general block on bidders with non-payment strikes, etc.. They can also block messages from those buyers.
Or - if it's a shop the seller may have put it on "holiday" during the current crisis.
