Blocked by Seller

I've tried to bid on several of a Seller's many items, but receive instead the following message - "Sorry, the Seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time"  I tried to contact the Seller via a listing and got this message - "Seller unable to respnd".

Can anyone offer an explanation?

Sellers may place blocks on buyers for several reasons,  for example,  those who have two or more unpaid item strikes in 12 months,  those in locations they do not post too,  also stopping multiple items being bought in a short period of time.

They may also block messages.

We cannot tell which  block you fall under,  but suffice to say you have to move on,  and find another seller for those items.

Sellers are able to block specific previous buyers and also put a general block on bidders with non-payment strikes, etc.. They can also block messages from those buyers.

Or - if it's a shop the seller may have put it on "holiday" during the current crisis.
