I've had a buyer contact me because RM appear to have mislaid a few items I posted last week. Appeared all sorted, they asked me to send again and I messaged them to say no problem, would post yesterday evening.
Early this morning they opened a case for INR - which at first I was annoyed about because I'd already agreed to send another. However, on checking my messages to them the one I'd sent saying I was posting another has disappeared! Luckily for me I only ever sleep my PC so the tab with the message was still open in Firefox so I can prove it was sent, but it seems whatever glitch eBay are suffering today has potentially led to a case being opened against me as the buyer assumed I'd not replied and was being awkward about things.
Has anyone else had messages disappear?
