eBay cases, INR etc and Christmas

I dont want to be on eBay at all from the 23rd until the new year especially not to be dealing with INR nonsense, can anyone confirm if deadlines are still the case during this period? Be good to know TIA.

My honest answer here is that if you spend 15 minutes a day to just answer questions, returns and cases, then life is going to be a lot smoother. I fully understand the need to completely unplug for a few weeks, but spending a few minutes here and there to stay on top of things is going to make life easier.

If you run an online store and expect not to answer questions over christmas then your in the wrong business I am afraid. Its so easy just to reply to a customer to stop any neg feedback etc IMO.

Deadlines will be enforced on working days, as always.  Double checking policy

'You have 3 business days to respond to the request and resolve the buyer's issue'

Based on what working days have traditionally been the following would count:

Wednesday 24th - Christmas Eve,

Monday 29th

Tuesday 30th

Wednesday 31st

So if you do as @padanpcparts suggests and log on for fifteen minutes and want to minimise log ons, fifteen minutes on Tuesday the 30th would be the day to do this, as it would pick up any since your log off on the 23rd and any subsequent ones could be picked up again on the 2nd.

I do love the idea of an extended handling time for the Christmas to New Year period though, a couple of days extension would allow 1 week a year mental switch off - that could really benefit some people.
