Just back from a few weeks holiday & already Ebay are under my skin.
Sold some auctions last night & issued combined invoices. So buyer pays & instead of getting a separate email for each item paid the emails are all duplicates of the payment for the first item on the invoice! Who thought that getting 6 or more duplicated emails would be an "improvement" and why?
The items that Ebay think may be of interest to me has got a new twist. Do they expect me to bid on my own items?? Thought that was outlawed under the shill bidding rules or is it OK if Ebay benefits? Fortunately I don't waste my money on "promoting".
Rant over - time for another holiday me thinks.
