Where do we find 'adjustments' to seller fees? No sign of them in transactions

If a seller is partaking in an offer promotional period with fee adjustments which are meant to be reimbursed on a schedule X weeks after an order on a schedule ... where would we find these? There is no sign of them in Payments > All Transactions > Adjustments.

If you download the Financial Statement as a PDF for the month you're interested in, there's a section for 'Adjustments'.  Maybe the data is there.

I used to find charges like the International Fee in this section and, many years ago, when eBay gave a % refund on promotional charges, that was in this section.

For anyone in the future looking for these, for me in 'Payments > All Transactions' they were hidden in 'Other Fees' rather than 'Adjustments' as a positive amount refunding the fees.
