When do you get the Concierge service?

I have been an anchor shop for a month now and when I signed up it said after 2 weeks I would be contacted about the concierge service for anchor shop seller. Not heard a thing. Tried phoning regular help service and got the usual nonsensical answer you get from them. Hell he didnt even know what an anchor shop was! I had to explain to him what it was!

Any idea who I contact

When do you get the Concierge service?

Try contacting Customer Services when the lines first open shortly at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dubblin answering and perhaps a more reasonable / accurate answer !

I'm sure you know how to get hold of them but the easiest and quickest way to contact Customer Services is through this link, for a Call Back .

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Weekends lines open between 9 a.m. to 6p.m.

When do you get the Concierge service?

Can't help with concierge as I was just added one day but I'd advise booking a 1 to 1 via the link below

Seller Clinics | UK Seller Centre

This then will at least get you a phone call with somebody in Dublin who will be on speaking terms with the concierge team so if you are entitled they would probably be able to push the invite along a lot faster than the incredibly helpful people in the outsourced call centres. The stipulations for the 1 to 1 is under £85k in sales last year which im not sure if you did or not but even if you went over I think you might get something a little better.

When do you get the Concierge service?

I moved back to a featured shop as the anchor shop fees were crippling but I never managed to get the concierge service. I tried but nobody ever contacted me. I really wouldn't recommend the Anchor shop to anyone unless you turn over a huge amount of money. £525 a month is insane. Why there is nothing between 1500 listings featured shop for £93

When do you get the Concierge service?

There is no specific shop between the two types, but unless you have one hell of a lot more listings than the 1500, it's not worth upgrading.

Not sat down and worked it out properly, as it's not something that I've even considered yet.  But with the 1500 free listings and the reduced cost per listing over that, it takes quite a serious amount of listings to be worth it.

Unless your only aim is to get concierge, which to my mind, though useful, is certainly not worth the additional cost.

Just did a quick calc.  You need to be listing somewhere in the region of 8500 listings to make going to Anchor worthwhile.
