It's difficult to say without seeing the URL but it's likely a scam site that scraps item details from eBay and other marketplaces.
Bad actors can spin up a website, make legit looking item pages with the scrapped info, collect a bunch of Personal Identifiable Information and credit card numbers to use for all manner of fraudulent and criminal purposes and/if when their site host gets enough complaints to shut it down, they just spin up another one and keep going.
Edit to add: that URL you provided redirects to a different site when I click on it, which is another red flag for fraud like I described above.
