Watch out, looks like a scam

There's an email going  around arriving in your ebay mail box saying account restricted and to verify account using card.

Looks very convincing but asks for your balance and full card details. 

Anyone else seen it?

Yep,  others have been reporting this.

Thought it was a spoof when I answered a question on this today.
