GSP tracking not updating

Seems to be a problem with tracking not updating for the international part of GSP.

I sent one item GSP to USA on 13th Feb. RM LL, delivery wasn't confirmed, wasn't showing received by hub.

I assumed it had gone missing on its way there. Then last night (28th Feb) I received feedback and a thank you message from the buyer, and at exactly the same a status update GSP message saying item was on its way. Tracking had been partially updated but still not showing as delivered.

Another GSP to NL I sent on 24th Feb. showed RM confirmed at hub on 26th Feb but no international tracking till a GSP update message at exactly same time as the other one.

It looks like GSP items are moving through the system, but eBay tracking isn't showing this. Not sure if all the backlog cleared at the same time, or if it was just mine.

Thank you for your post.

This is down to an issue on eBay's end and currently being worked on to fix. It impacted the second part of the tracking journey on GSP orders. They are also working on back filling the missing tracking numbers.

Hi-item sent to GSP via Evri-received 6.00am 2.3.25-guess what "item not received" by GSP-no funds for me!!  So much for 24hours payment when GSP have it-absolute shambles!!
