Views and impressions down 70% - HELP!

Has anyone else experienced an unexplainable drop in view over the past couple of days , impressions and  views have dropped 70%.  

Ebay have of course said there no issue there end but I refuse to believe this is just a regular slow couple of days , figures generally stay incredibly stable and things are selling quickly on other platforms . seems to have changed drastically on the 24th and was curious to see if any other seller are experiencing the same. 

All my items are promoted and this rate hasn't changed for a while and has brought good results overall , even with a slow down cost of living etc a 70% drop within the space of a day seems highly unlikely? marco@ebay  kat@ebay  any explanations would be appreciated ..

personally not at the moment,  but in all my years on Ebay (and you will see SO many posts over the years of people reporting the same issues) Ive found that Ebay do "random" tests, with a selection of accounts. So when they are changing / tweaking algorithms they take a "sample" group to see how it effects sales, and this can be then a larger group etc and it can be 1-2wks, which is why you may sometimes see surges of sales (which no one complains about) and then sudden dry spots.  Ive learnt now not to worry about it, they always deny anthing is wrong and do not accept that they are doing this but it would be common sense to do exactly that.  There was a thread (maybe last year 18mths ago) and it must of been a Big test group because SO many ppl came to the boards to say the same - they had just dropped off the cliff, I was one of them, then others came onthe same thread to say they were SO busy so clearly there are winners and losers in algorithm changes, annoying when you cant do anything about it but just ride it out, generally the lull is 2wks

Check your Promoted Listing chart for any issues there. The policy has changed recently.

Just doing a quick listing search around 50 of your 289 listings appear to be over 90 days old - often referred to as stagnant listings.  

After 90 days eBay reduce visibility of listings and the sell through on your account can drop.  If you have listings over 30 days old without lots of watchers its worth considering refreshing those too, if you have time.

You can select everything listings March and earlier, end it, go to ended listings select all and do a sell similar.  This lists all the items again as brand new listings.  You can play around with photo order and visit the titles when in the bulk sell similar tool, just to give your listings the best chance.

I try not to look too closely at impressions on a day to day basis, focus more on weekly/ monthly trends.  They jump around way too much with so many micro variables.
