I've been selling on eBay for over 20 years, and a couple of days ago all my funds were put on hold "until after delivery", and I could have to wait up to 30 days until I receive funds. My account has no restrictions or warnings, so I'm confused.
Has this happened to any other business seller? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Surely with 837,000+ feedback and 2.4m items sold, you have eBay Concierge? I would think it would be best to contact them. Failing that, contact eBay UK via Facebook and see what they say.

You need to go onto eBay for business on Facebook and message them via fb messenger . The uk side id eBay closes 4.30pm otherwise you get the USA version of eBay. Always helped me in the past

Indeed. If @argocityltd09 Doesn't have an Anchor shop they need to get that sorted ASAP. Lots of listing fees to be saved.

Maybe not. The OP has 5,545 active listings; an anchor shop only becomes the same cost as a featured shop at 8,700 listings. An anchor shop costs £437.00 + VAT/month; if the OP has a featured shop they will be paying £279.25 + VAT/month with 5,545 listings.
This demonstrates the ridiculous price increase from a featured to an anchor shop subscription.

Unfortunately this is the nature of the beast. I sometimes find my payouts have been put on hold - as they are now - with no reason given at all. I don't receive any notice at all from eBay - I only know if I go to the financial summary page and see a red banner at the top or if our accountant asks why we haven't received any money from eBay for a while.
Sometimes these things go away by themself, sometimes you have to call eBay and hope the CS rep can understand the situation. Other times posting on these boards attracts the attention of an eBay member of staff who can view the affected account and see what the problem is.

i have exactly the same and ebay tell me they are doing this for all business account gradually and my payment is due for release on 28th august to 5th september.disgusting treatment from ebay after 25 years on this platform.account in good standing so not sure why, this started a couple days ago with no warning so closed the account down.this was the reply from an ebay agent named tushar who basically said you have to send every item tracked.how is that even possible.they tell me to start using shipping labels but if they bothered to see i live in portugal they would see its not possible.
As per eBay policies, all order need to have the tracking ID on them to make sure that they are delivered to the buyer without any issues and the policies remains the same for all the sellers.
this policy remains same for every seller on eBay, for the business accounts as well.
I would request you to start using shipping label to receive your funds on a timely manner.
we have launched the transaction on hold policies, slowly and gradually we have been implementing on the sellers on eBAy, this is the reason you would have been able to see the changes now.

Interesting. I decided to see if eBay had published anything in any of their policies stating items must be sent tracked. As it turns out, they have in their shipping policy:
"Sellers must post items within the handling time stated in their listing, using the delivery service the buyer selected at checkout. They must:
This might explain why my payouts keep being put on hold although eBay doesn't notify me when they do it; I just get a red banner at the top of my financial summary page (and nowhere else). I don't receive an email message, no email notification...nothing.
Although I have it I don't upload tracking for larger (freight) items unless an INR case is opened. This is because the collecting depot does not scan on collection, the first scan happens one or two working days later when the pallet arrives at a central hub. eBay treats that scan as an acceptance scan; i.e. eBay thinks that is the day the item was actually despatched. I therefore do not upload tracking because eBay would mark every order as despatched late even though they were not. Some sellers using Royal Mail's account services are starting to suffer the same problem.
Well, this is going to be fun.

i never even got a red banner, the only reason i knew was when they stopped sending payouts and noticed the estimated release is 2 months away.
i have closed it all down as not even viable to send everything tracked.when i look under business seller policies i cannot even find anywhere it says you have to send tracked.it states its your choice so maybe they have changed everything as per usual.

The only page I see it is this one; do you have a red banner on that page?

As per my previous post you will find it in eBay's shipping policy. This is one of those policies that applies to all sellers, not just business sellers.
