On my listings I am trying to attach some product documentation I have written and saved in PDF format.
When I try and upload the document to the listing I get a errror:
Invalid document state for ID(s) xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Documents must be in the SUBMITTED or ACCEPTED state.
Can't find any info on this error. Do the documents have to be pre-approved by eBay? If so how do I go about that?
