Unable to edit seller promotions listing under the marketing tab

So I have several coupons running, however under one of these I need to remove a product, but since yesterday when I click edit I get this page. eBay is broken, no wonder sales are non existant if one page a seller is trying to edit is not loading, how many others are not loading.

I am having exactly the same issue on all browsers, this has been happening for the past 48 hours or so. I have called eBay and they are looking into the issue on my account personally, though they seemed to be unaware of the problem or that any other accounts were affected.

Once I hear back from eBay (hopefully with a solution) I will keep you updated.

I'm fortunately not seeing that issue so its not everyone.  Not to gloat but to express it may have a workaround.  Have you tried different browsers (although I see that hasn't worked for retrogram3s) logging out, deleting all cookies, logging back in again.  Sometimes I can access things from logging into ebay.com

If the product doesn't have a sales history you could potentially end and sell similar to remove it from the coupon.  If it does have good history that's one to ponder on.

I have tried all that and on different computers as well and the same fault, I have over 1000 products and many different vouchers that I cannot copy or edit due to this fault.  This means no sales as it makes my products more expensive than they need to be.

I was on chat with eBay today and they say they will look into it and might have n answer in the next 48 hours.   This does not help sales over a weekend, but as always we are in the hands of eBay... maybe time for our own websites!

As of 12.25pm Monday 21/07/25 the issue is still the same which is losing us many sales.

Furthermore, when you look on the shop listing for items that should have discounts shown they are missing.  It is only when you click on the individual item you get to see the discount, which is far too late for a customer who is browsing.

Thank you for the reply.

After linking in with the tech team they have an open ticket for it. I'll make sure all accounts reporting the issue here are added to it. We don't get a timescale on the resolution but once there is a update on the fix I will post back on the thread.

Thanks for the details. I understand the need to have it fixed as soon as possible. It is currently being worked on by tech but we don't have a timescale on it. The soonest there is an update I will update back here.

Yes just tried it again at 16.14pm 21/7 and still same error

No wonder sales have tanked if the customers cannot see that an Item has a coupon unless they click into it.

Again Amazon is performing much better atm

This is exactly why I stopped using ebay's promotional tools a long time ago - Ebay don't see it as important to actually promote their promotions.
