Hi, I'm a business seller with GSP on all my items. I have a US buyer that is unable to buy an item from me, when trying to purchase he gets the message "this seller doesn't ship to US" (or words to that effect). The listing has GSP enabled and US is in the list of 'ship to' countries. I created a fresh listing and asked the customer to try that one - unfortunately same result. Incidentally I have sold a different item to a US customer earlier today without any issues.
Any ideas anyone?
Many thanks...

To answer this, we will need to know what the item is and made of and which category you have listed it in.

Hi its a vinyl record, listed under music category. I have attached a screenshot of what my potential buyer is seeing.

Ah, I am sorry but I can't help you with this one. We need a record dealer business seller to help.
I do know that they will block some very fragile items ( china and glass depending which category it is listed in) so maybe GSP do not want to take the risk with your record.

Thanks for trying to help. Begs the question why it would even be shown on eBay.com if its in a category that GSP won't send !

Yes, it's annoying.

I've checked 2 of your vinyl listings and both give me a price to USA, can your buyer see this or does it tell them you don't ship? I'd also ask if they are getting it shipped to a PO box, they are more popular in America than here and GSP doesnt ship to PO Boxes so that would stop them if they had the main address as a PO Box.
The final option is for them to phone customer services as they should see the exact error and be able to tell them what the issue is and possible fixes.

Hello, thank you for your help. The address is not to a PO Box. The buyer gets the message "Unfortunately, this seller will not ship this item to WA, United States". I'm inclined to think its an error on the US site rather than my listing.
Thanks again....
